Overview

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field/ candidates from other branch with relevant experience. 
• Above 60% aggregate marks for all semesters up to which the results are out.
• No active backlogs. Previous backlogs must be cleared within the normal course completion period
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning.

About the job

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Analytics Consultant (AI) who is eager to learn and grow in the field of data-driven consulting. The candidate should be experienced and driven, who has hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI applications. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently contribute to client engagements while collaborating effectively within a team. A curiosity-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key for success in this role.

• · Solid programming experience in Python, including production-level coding and debugging.

Job Responsibilities

• · End-to-end involvement in AI/ML solution development - from requirement understanding to deployment and support.
• · Enhance and optimize existing solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• · Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, and customers to:
• · Translate business needs into analytical solutions
• · Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• · Deliver high-quality solutions within timelines
• · Conduct structured data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• · Document solution design, workflows, and performance outcomes.
• · Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology to contribute thought leadership within the team.
• · Act as a subject matter expert for the team in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key data/business issues.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• · Machine Learning algorithms & workflows
• · Model lifecycle management
• · Version control using Git
• Professional exposure to Azure or AWS, with hands-on experience in services such as:
• · Azure ML
• · Azure AI Foundry
• · Microsoft Fabric
• · Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of data ingestion, API-based integrations, and MLOps is a plus.
