Job Description
Role & responsibilities
The incumbent will work closely with the Group Tax Head to provide strategic and analytical support. - This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant looking to gain exposure to corporate taxation, compliance, automation initiatives, and leadership-level decision-making in a dynamic business environment.
Automation Project Management:
- Track and monitor all tax-related automation projects, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Coordinate with IT teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders for implementation and testing.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to the Group Tax Head. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile and analyze financial and tax-related data for decision-making.
- Maintains the budgets and actuals of consolidated reports of tax department costs
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for tax-related KPIs.Project Coordination:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects related to tax planning, audits, and assessments
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes for internal and external meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent consolidation and analytical skills.
- Interest and ability to explore AI and other technological solutions for tax functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
