What you will do:
Draup is seeking a passionate Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will work closely with clients, delivering in-depth analyses of labor market data, including talent supply, demand, and cost. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the functionality of our cutting-edge talent intelligence platform.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the efficiency and functionality of Draups SaaS talent intelligence platform.
- Collaborate with product, machine learning, and data science teams to deliver platform data improvement projects.
- Analyze labor market data to identify trends and provide insights across various industries.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of labor market data projects for Fortune 500 clients.
- Perform job role-mapping, location-based analysis, and talent availability assessments.
Requirements:
- Expertise in talent analytics, labor market trends, and talent intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (automation, data modeling, and pivot tables).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders.
