Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the accounts and billing function. The role offers hands-on exposure to invoicing, daily accounting entries, reconciliation, and basic compliance support. Freshers are welcome, and basic training will be provided.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the accounts and billing function. The role offers hands-on exposure to invoicing, daily accounting entries, reconciliation, and basic compliance support. Freshers are welcome, and basic training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Billing
- Assist in creating GST invoices, quotations, and receipts.
- Maintain daily entries (sales, expenses) in Excel / Zoho Books.
- Track payments and follow up on pending dues.
- Maintain bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Support the CA in GST and compliance-related work.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and reconciliation.
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and GST concepts.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude

- Hands-on experience with invoicing, billing, and accounting software (Excel / Zoho Books).
- Practical exposure to GST and compliance processes.
- Understanding of reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
