• Roles & Reponseblity :
• Lead and drive retail sales for farm equipment, including rotavators, seed drill, tractor components, and agro machinery & Equipments.
• Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent team performance and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position products.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing for impactful promotions and campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to shape business strategies.
• Train and mentor sales team to enhance product knowledge and performance.
• Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in retail sales, particularly in farm equipment or agro machinery.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of agricultural machinery and a technical understanding of products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
