Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Executive located in Bengaluru, with the option for some work from home. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships, providing financial solutions to clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also be involved in promoting and selling loan services and guiding clients through the loan process.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Sales skills
- Financial Services and Loan Processing knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Housing and Vehicle Loans is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business, or related field
