Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
2. Identifying future hiring needs and updating job descriptions and job specifications
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
4. Attracting suitable candidates through different sources and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
5. Screen candidates resume and job applications
6. Conduct recruitment process and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
7. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to best suit open positions.
8. Completing documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
9. Onboard new employees
10. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
11. Promote a companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Requirements:

1. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
3. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong decision-making skills
6. A bachelors degree in human resources.
