Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in Patna. The Photographer will capture high-quality images and videos of students, classes, events, and portfolio work to support the schools marketing and training initiatives. Daily responsibilities include planning shoots, setting up lighting and equipment, directing subjects, and ensuring images align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards. The role also involves basic post-production work, organizing and archiving visual content, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to create content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. The Photographer may occasionally support live events, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of visual assets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical photography skills, including camera operation, composition, and lighting.
• Experience with studio and on-location shoots, particularly in fashion, beauty, or education environments.
• Proficiency in photo and basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and academic teams and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Good organizational skills for managing shoot schedules, media files, and content archives.
• Prior experience as a photographer in beauty, fashion, media, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related discipline preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Patna and being available for occasional extended or flexible hours during events.
