Location - Across UltraTech Cement Units in states of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Assam

Designation Assistant Engineer/Engineer/ Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager.

of Position Incumbent

1. Coordinate and monitor all operations of the Packing Plant and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches of cement through rail and road as per targets.
2. Monitor daily dispatch plan provided by logistics. Interact with logistics for wagon/truck availability and coordinate with the raw material department for empty bags and bulker arrangements for cement loading.
3. Monitor loading labour/operators and ensure timely contractor payments by processing and passing bills of Packing Plant loading contract workmen.
4. Monitor labour attendance and dispatch records. Verify contractor bills and physical attendance on a daily basis.
5. Ensure optimum availability of Packing Plant equipment to maximize dispatch efficiency.
6. Plan rectification jobs related to dispatches. Coordinate timely maintenance activities of packer machines and loading machines.
7. Ensure all SOPs are followed during cement and clinker loading operations.
8. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans for Packing Plant section equipment.
9. Monitor and improve section KPIs related to power consumption, safety, and reliability.
