Job Description
- Self-Demonstrated Commitment: Conduct safety observation rounds, CFSA, near miss reporting, OPL/Kaizen participation, OFI reporting and closure.
- Safety Sustainability: Achieve Zero Fatality, incident reduction, safety procedure development, JCC reviews, committee participation and 100% closure of audit findings.
- Review Meetings & Compliance: Support DCM preparation, monitor DCM, Fire Risk Audit, RCN/BCN recommendations and incident investigation quality.
- Safety Promotion: Conduct Fire Service Day, Safety Campaigns, Mobile Van Training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Develop UTCL employees, safety stewards and contractor personnel through coaching, training and safety initiatives.
