Job Description

Role Overview:

The Assistant Vice President - Growth will be responsible for driving strategic business expansion, revenue growth, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, digital channels, partnerships, and data-driven growth strategies. The AVP will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute growth plans, and ensure sustainable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channels for expansion.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to define short-term and long-term growth priorities.
  • Revenue & Business Development:
    • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives to maximize lifetime value.
    • Build strategic partnerships and alliances that accelerate business growth.
    • Monitor and improve key growth metrics across products and regions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize analytics to understand user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
    • Define and track key KPIs to measure growth performance and optimize strategies.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:

      Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives.
    • Mentor and lead a team of growth managers, analysts, and digital marketers.

    • Stay updated with market trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Manage growth budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven spending and strategic allocation.
    • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and negotiations related to growth initiatives.
