Business Development Associate - Education

What role you will play in team: You will help us expand our reach by partnering with educational institutions and organizations.

What you will do: You'll develop and manage relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and contact potential educational institutions and organizations.
• Present Unacademy's educational platform and services to potential partners.
• Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships.
• Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
• 
  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of new strategies for expanding our partner network.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Indian education market.
• Experience in relationship management and partnership development is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
