Business Development Associate - Education Technology

What role you will play in team: You will contribute to the growth of Unacademy by acquiring new educational institutions and partnering with them to bring their courses onto the platform. You'll be a crucial link between Unacademy and educational establishments.

What you will do: You will research, contact, and onboard new educational institutions. You'll negotiate contracts, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain ongoing relationships with partnered institutions.

Key responsibility:

• Research and identify potential educational institution partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and onboarding agreements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new partners.

• Provide ongoing support to partnered institutions.
• Track and report on key metrics related to partner acquisition and success.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for partner acquisition.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development, experience in the education sector a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Indian education market.
