HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience in hiring and is looking to deepen their exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and update internal tracking systems
• Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Who Were Looking For

• Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (must-have)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Based in Bangalore and available to join immediately
