Role: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure effective lead management and CRM compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
• Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and employee engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
• At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams (mandatory).
• Prior experience in EdTech or B2C sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
