SEO Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our organic growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic traffic, leads, and search visibility

across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. This role requires

expertise in Technical SEO, Content Optimization, AI Search Optimization, stakeholder

management, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.

• Define and monitor SEO KPIs and growth metrics.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.

• Optimize crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.

• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.

• Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data.

On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

• Optimize website pages and content based on search intent.

• Conduct content audits and improve content performance.

• Ensure content follows EEAT principles and Google best practices.

Off-Page SEO

• Lead link-building and digital PR initiatives.

• Monitor backlink profiles and improve domain authority.

AEO, GEO & AI Search Optimization

• Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.

• Improve visibility in AI-powered search results and generative search experiences.

• Stay updated with AI search trends and ranking factors.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and coordinate with external marketing/SEO agencies.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, and Business teams.

• Present SEO reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance and create actionable reports.

• Measure impact on traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Industry Updates

• Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates and industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content Optimization.

• Experience with AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.

• Strong understanding of Schema Markup and Structured Data.

• Experience managing agencies and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
