Talent Acquisition Specialist at Unbox Robotics

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Experience of Talent Acquisitions' recruiting process.
  • Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed
  • Partner with hiring managers and work closely with the leadership team to understand talent needs, build hiring strategies, and deliver quality hires.
  • Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and closures.
  • Lead offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Drive and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) and support internal mobility across teams.
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
  • Campus hiring and institutional Engagement

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good with Excel.

Good to Have:
  • Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment of startup.

Eligible Candidates:
  • Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Work Experience: 1 year (Min) - 3 Years
