Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage end-to-end operations: Oversee all aspects of platform operations, from astrologer onboarding to service delivery.
• Coordinate communication: Interact with astrologers and clients to ensure smooth scheduling and session management.
• Provide customer support: Address user inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings or payments.
• Handle data management: Maintain accurate records of astrologers, clients, and transactions.
• Implement process improvements: Identify and recommend ways to streamline operations.
• Oversee payment handling: Monitor transactions and assist with subscription concerns.
• Monitor the platform: Report technical issues to the team and ensure smooth platform functionality.
