Role Overview

The TexoraAI Forward Deployment Engineer works directly with customers to understand business challenges, implement AI-powered solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery workshops and solution assessments.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Deploy TexoraAI solutions across customer environments.
• Configure AI agents, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.

• Integrate CRM, Contact Center, ITSM, and enterprise applications.
• Develop APIs and workflow automations.
• Configure data pipelines and AI services.

• Monitor solution performance and availability.
• Support SRE and observability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployments.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Provide customer feedback to improve TexoraAI capabilities.
• Participate in feature validation and testing.
