Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate in Real Estate at UniLiv, located in Delhi, India. The role involves daily tasks related to lead generation, market research, and communication for promoting and expanding our student housing and co-living spaces.
Qualifications
- Presentation and Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Strong ability to create engaging and informative presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate and property management is a plus
- On ground properties identification
