Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency through structured financial systems. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in finance, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry. This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to leverage technology for process optimization and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust financial SOPs and processes to enhance efficiency, ensure accountability, and minimize pilferage.
• Lead and manage a team of accounts executives to oversee daily accounting, payments processing, and collection reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including direct and indirect tax requirements.
• Utilize technology-driven solutions to enhance financial transparency, automation, and scalability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to support business growth and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and integrate best practices.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
