Site Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role demands hands-on supervision, coordination with subcontractors, compliance with design specifications, and maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, labours, and materials deliveries.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Resolve any site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, or critical issues to Project Management.
• Enforce company policies regarding health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily site diaries, progress photos, attendance sheets, and material records.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control at the site level.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct or assist with site handovers, snagging, and project close-outs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years site supervision experience, preferably in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
• Familiarity with AutoCad, construction drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction project management tools is a plus.
