Senior Lawyer - Property Laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive title searches and property due diligence for various projects.
• Provide legal opinions and reports based on thorough analysis.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage and resolve property-related legal issues.
• Ensure all legal documentation is prepared with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be available to work during evening hours, particularly at month-end, to handle urgent requirements.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in all communications and tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Legal Expertise: Proven expertise in title search and property due diligence is mandatory.
• Professional Integrity: A history of a good CIBIL score and a strong professional record.
• Commitment: Must be a full-time position without any other professional engagements.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Education: A professional law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in property law is highly preferred.
