Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal cases independently, with a focus on real estate and property-related matters.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal advice and opinions on diverse issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, submissions, and arguments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for legal dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure timely filing of cases, appeals, and petitions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of real estate and property laws.- Excellent drafting, documentation, and contract management skills.
- Litigation management and client representation experience.
- Legal research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
Education & Qualifications
- LLB degree from a recognized university.- Must hold a valid All India Bar Council Pass Certificate.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in real estate litigation.
- Fluency in English and Tamil
