Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of retail loans, with a specific focus on financial products for the rural and agricultural markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the drone, tractor, and farm equipment sectors.
- Financial Product Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of loan products and services relevant to agriculture and rural finance.
- Industry Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in the drone manufacturing, tractor, and farm equipment industries to facilitate sales and financing.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities and documentation adhere to regulatory standards within the NBFC and BFSI sectors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Retail Finance Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in retail finance, specifically within the Agri, NBFC, or BFSI sectors.
- Agri-Finance Expertise: Mandatory prior working experience with AFL Loans or similar rural/agriculture-focused loan providers.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the drone manufacturing, tractor, and farm equipment industries.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
Education: Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
An MBA is preferred
