Job Description

Job Purpose Driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of construction equipment across designated markets and sectors. Job Responsibilities * Identify, engage, and convert new clients within construction, ready mix, quarry and mining, logistics, transport, and infrastructure sectors * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders * Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets * Conduct site visits and product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams * Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions aligned with client needs * Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback * Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery, handover, and after-sales support * Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data Job Requirements Qualifications * Bachelor?s degree in engineering, Business, or related field * Experience * Minimum 5?7 years in B2B sales, preferably in construction or heavy equipment Knowledge & Skills * Strong technical understanding of CE machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.) * Proven ability to generate and close leads * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Market knowledge in the UAE and GCC * CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office tools * UAE driving license preferred
