Position SummaryThe Associate Data Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for data preparation, reporting, dashboard development, data validation, and analytical support activities that help business teams monitor performance, identify trends, and improve operational outcomes. Working closely with business stakeholders, senior analysts, data engineers, and technology teams, the Associate Data Analyst contributes to the delivery of scalable reporting solutions, accurate data assets, and actionable insights through modern BI tools and analytics platforms. Primary Responsibilities:Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI and other BI toolsSupport the creation of standardized reporting solutions that provide timely and actionable business insightsAssist in gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and visualization solutionsEnhance existing dashboards and reports to improve usability, performance, and business valueEnsure consistency in metrics, calculations, and reporting standards across solutionsData Analysis & ReportingExtract, transform, and analyze data from multiple business systems and data sourcesPerform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational decision-makingDevelop recurring reports and reporting packages for stakeholders and leadership teamsIdentify trends, patterns, and performance drivers within business dataPresent findings through clear visualizations and summary reportingData Management & QualityPerform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting accuracyInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and metric inconsistenciesSupport data governance and data quality initiativesAssist with documentation of business rules, metric definitions, and reporting logicMaintain data integrity across reporting and BI solutionsData Modeling & BI SupportSupport the development of data models and semantic layers used for enterprise reportingAssist with data integration and preparation activities required for BI solutionsOptimize existing reports and dashboards to improve performance and user experienceCollaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiencyParticipate in testing and validation of new reporting solutionsStakeholder CollaborationPartner with business users to understand reporting and analytics needsProvide reporting and dashboard support to stakeholdersCommunicate analytical findings in a clear and concise mannerParticipate in Agile development processes and project delivery activitiesSupport knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics teamComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
