Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and promote Unity ERP solutions to prospective institutions
• Conduct marketing and lead generation activities across relevant channels
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into paying customers
• Handle day-to-day tasks on the Operate Portal
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and related sales documentation
• Manage business emails and coordinate directly with clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline

What Were Looking For

• Proactive, organized, and client-focused approach to work
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales operations and processes
• Comfortable working with CRM/portal tools and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups independently

Good to Have

• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP sales
• Familiarity with the education sector (schools/colleges/universities)
