Telecaller

 We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, answering queries, and generating leads, appointments, and sales conversions. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in enhancing the company’s revenue and building long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional attitude during all interactions.

• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services


• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics


• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives


• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise



• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile


• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way


• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level


• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
