The Role
Working under the Senior Finance Business Partner for Digital Assets, you will support the monthly reporting, performance tracking and forecasting for a fast-moving global digital business. This is a hands-on analytical role with real visibility: your work feeds directly into the verticals MBR and the groups decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g. BI tools, dashboard reporting)
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting and analysis
- 2–5 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit or a similar analytical finance role; part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA) preferred
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) a plus
- Solid understanding of P&L and cash flow mechanics
- High attention to detail with the curiosity to ask why the numbers moved
- Clear written commentary skills — you can explain a variance in plain English
- Interest in digital, subscription, media or gaming businesses
- Self-directed and effective in a fully remote, cross-time-zone team
- Fully remote role working UK/EU hours
- Mentorship from a Senior FBP and Head of FP&A within a structured team
