About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to manage and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads for our Higher Education business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in managing high-spend campaigns, optimizing acquisition funnels, improving conversion efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with large campaign volumes, analyzing performance data, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple programs and university partnerships.
• Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
• Drive efficient lead acquisition while maintaining a strong focus on CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Manage significant daily media spends across multiple campaigns and accounts.
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, audience behavior, keywords, creatives, and landing pages to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies aligned with business and enrollment goals.
• Work closely with the creative, content, product, analytics, and sales teams to improve the overall marketing funnel.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven experience managing high-spend campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing funnels.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously with significant daily spends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance reporting tools.
• Google Ads certification and relevant platform certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Consumer Internet, BFSI, or other high-volume lead-generation businesses would be preferred.
