International Student Recruitment Manager

Your key responsibilities will include strategic leadership in collaboration with the VP-India, direct management of relationships with recruitment agents, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure quality recruitment to partner universities. You will work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize the recruitment pipeline, design effective campaigns, and maximize conversion rates.

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with agents across India, ensuring compliance with admissions criteria, and providing guidance to prospective students are also vital aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive market reports, providing training and support to recruitment staff, and undertaking any other duties as required by the business.
