Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage large-scale budgets, ensuring cost-effective lead generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and CRO strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad creatives and messaging.
• Focus on lead quality improvement and conversion rate optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and explore new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 2+ years in performance marketing, specializing in B2C lead generation.
