Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background and career aspirations.
• Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.
• Assist students in preparing academic documents including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
• Provide financial guidance on tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and visa related expenses.

• Maintain accurate student records and manage leads effectively through CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high conversion ratio.
• Stay updated with global education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1 2 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry (mandatory).
• Knowledge: In depth understanding of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
