BN is at the forefront of agentic workflows in voice AI. We build voice agents that dont just follow a script, they reason through a conversation, make decisions mid-call, pull from live systems, and act. Our agents run in production today for enterprises across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate, handling real customer conversations at scale.
Youll work close to the product: what you build this week is on a live client call next week.
The Role
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, youll own how our voice agents work for a portfolio of enterprise clients end to end, from the first conversation about what they need through to what runs at scale on their calls. Youre the person a client escalates to when something needs a final call. The role has three facets. Youll work directly with clients as the primary point of ownership, not just an executor. Youll approach problems as a solutions owner, setting the approach for your portfolio rather than working one ticket at a time. And youll build, review, and stay accountable for what ships, including work that isnt yours alone, depending on how your team is structured.
This is hands-on from week one. Youll own real client work early, build judgment across the voice AI, and grow into someone
who can set the approach for a client relationship and, depending on team needs, lead the engineers working alongside you.
What Youll Own

• Own the relationship and the build for a portfolio of clients. Scope the approach, decide what gets prioritized, and be the final call when something needs one.
• Work directly with clients across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate, as the person they escalate to, not just the person executing the fix.
• Set the solutioning approach for open-ended problems, the ones nobody has built yet, and decide how the team tackles them.
• Go beyond the agent building itself when the problem calls for it, whether thats how data gets presented or how a workflow fits together.
• Stay accountable for what ships across your portfolio, including work you didnt build yourself.
  

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience, with real ownership of a client, product, or project, not just individual tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Youll be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Understanding of how the underlying tech stack fits together: APIs, webhooks, telephony, data flows.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompting, with a track record of shipping something, not just experimenting.
• Comfort owning ambiguity for other people, not just yourself, and the judgment to make a call when nobody else will.

• Prior experience owning a client relationship or leading a small team, even informally.
