Ayr Energy is a fast-growing Series A energy infrastructure company that designs and supplies critical power grid equipment through an asset-light OEM model across six manufacturing partner locations in India. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations & Experience Coordinator based in Hyderabad to build and own the end-to-end customer and brand experience across our India operations.

This is a greenfield, high-ownership role — you will be the first dedicated marketing and experience hire in India, building processes, vendor networks, and brand standards from scratch.

What Youll DoCustomer & Factory Experience

• Plan and coordinate logistics for customer, auditor, and other factory visits.
• Coordinate schedules, agendas, visitor information, welcome kits, transportation, and other visit requirements.
• Coordinate with factory and internal teams to ensure visits are well-prepared and run smoothly.
• Build and document repeatable processes and checklists for factory visits.

• Support participation in India-based events with on-the-ground execution.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events such as team on-sites, off-sites, and company gatherings.
• Support executive and leadership visits to India.
• Coordinate local event requirements including venues, catering, printing, signage, photography, and other services.

• Act as a local brand ambassador, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and professionally across India.
• Help local teams understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Coordinate photography and video shoots at factories and other locations.
• Manage India merchandise and swag, including inventory for employees, events, and customer visits.

• Research, source, negotiate with, and manage local vendors.
• Build and maintain an approved vendor list and strong relationships with reliable local partners.
• Maintain clear tracking of vendors, budgets, timelines, inventory, and other marketing operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing-related requests.
• Create and improve processes and SOPs for recurring marketing and logistics needs.

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination, events, operations, customer experience, logistics, vendor management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and moving parts simultaneously.
• Strong cross-functional coordination experience — comfortable being a point-of-contact across HR, executives, factory staff, and external vendors.
• Background in manufacturing, energy, EV, semiconductor, or B2B industrial companies — with a demonstrated startup mindset (built things from scratch, not inherited playbooks).
• Direct marketing or brand coordination experience — has owned brand execution, vendor briefs, or marketing logistics end-to-end.

• Experience at a startup or high-growth company (sub-100 people).
• Exposure to customer or workplace experience programs (CX, workplace ops).
• Strong brand sensibility — instinct for presentation, professionalism, and consistent visual identity.
