The platform combines AI, backend automation, frontend editing tools, and cloud infrastructure to solve complex publishing workflows.
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will work in a small team where engineers own real features end-to-end — from the database and backend to the frontend experience used by customers.

What You Will Do
- Build and ship features across the backend, frontend, and cloud.
- Design and improve AI pipelines that run in production for real customers.
- Work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to turn their needs into working product features.
- Explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and problems clearly, both in writing and on calls.
- Proactively identify problems and solve them without waiting for someone to assign a ticket.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack developer.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework React with TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
- At least one serious AI project that has been deployed and used by real users.
- Experience with production AI systems, such as:
- AI features deployed to production and actively used.
- Agentic systems using tool calling for multi-step tasks.
- LLM pipelines with evaluation, error handling, and monitoring.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in daily development.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with FastAPI.
- Experience with Azure.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience working in a startup or small-team environment.
- Experience building custom skills, routines, workflows, or automations that improve individual or team productivity.
