Job Title: Associate Manager - HR Analytics (Full-time)
Location: Mumbai
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Analytics professional to join our Human Resources team. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic HR decisions, enhance workforce planning, and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in HR processes with advanced analytical capabilities to uncover insights that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce data across the employee lifecycle to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track critical HR KPIs, including turnover, diversity, absenteeism, and productivity, ensuring data accuracy through effective HR systems management
- Use advanced statistical methods and tools to predict workforce trends, such as attrition forecasting, and design methodologies to enhance HR outcomes and workforce planning
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives through data-driven feedback loops, recommending strategies for improvement
- Ensure adherence to labor laws in data management and highlight risks by analyzing patterns in workforce behavior and engagement
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 47 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel(Advanced, statistics modules), Visualization tools and a programming language (e.g python)
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, best practices, and predictive modelling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights and strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
