Insurance Product Specialist (General Insurance)

What role you will play in team: You will be a subject matter expert in our general insurance product offerings. You'll be responsible for educating and supporting sales teams, resolving product-related queries, and enhancing product materials.

What you will do: Develop and deliver training materials for sales teams, create product guides and FAQs, maintain knowledge base, handle complex product queries from sales and clients.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and deliver training materials on general insurance products for the sales team.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including brochures, FAQs, and internal guides.
• Provide product support to the sales team and resolve complex queries.
• Collaborate with product development team to identify improvement opportunities.
• 
  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of general insurance products.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new product offerings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Finance).
• In-depth knowledge of general insurance products and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in insurance product management (preferred).
