Product Manager, Trading Platform

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the product team, responsible for the strategy and roadmap of our flagship trading platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you will do: You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our trading platform, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

Key responsibility:

• Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch new features.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• 
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Proficiency in using product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
