Job Title: Senior Associate - Fintech Alliance (Full-time)

Summary

• Alliance Building: Establish and nurture partnerships with Fintech and Enterprise entities to promote the Upstox API product
• Identify and pursue opportunities that contribute to scaling customer acquisition and revenue
• Partner Engagement: Continuously engage with partners to address their requirements and technical issues
• Take ownership of initiatives to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between Upstox and its partners
• Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with the Product team to align the product roadmap with business goals
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute Go-to-Market plans for new initiatives
• Commercial Agreements and Integration Support: Lead the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements with partners
• Provide integration support and effective account management to partners
• Legal Liaison: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a quick turnaround in defining proposals and agreements

In Your Day-to-day Role You Will
As a Senior Associate - Fintech Alliance, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development of fintech alliances, managing partnerships and onboarding processes, driving revenue, and overseeing daily account management duties.
What do you need to bring?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in engaging with enterprises/corporates.
• Previous B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of APIs and a background in IT/Engineering. Experience in building algo trade setups or knowledge in this area is a plus.
• Proficient in creating presentation decks and presenting to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to initiate and propose action plans to drive growth from the Fintech alliance channel.
