Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly acquisition targets
- Source, recruit, and hire technical professionals and other skill sets
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
- Implement recruiting programs and strategies
- Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process
- Market map talent across locations and companies
Work closely with the HR Recruitment team, Hiring Managers, Operations team, and Payroll team for seamless day-to-day operations.

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 4 years experience in HR functions
- Exceptional communication skills
- High integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and work at a fast pace
- Comfortable presenting to management and training others in HR processes
- Strong team player
