Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding Sales team.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of our growth, identifying potential clients who can benefit from our custom software, AI, and digital transformation services.

What Youll Do

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
• Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored IT solutions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on key performance metrics.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  

What Were Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of software development services, web technologies, or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• A proactive, hunter mindset with a passion for technology.
