Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher)

About The Role
We are seeking ambitious freshers to join our on-site team in Udaipur as Junior Business Development Executives.
You will undergo a rigorous training program covering B2B technology sales, lead qualification, and CRM management.
Working closely with senior BDEs and Sales Directors, you will assist in prospecting, executing cold outreach sequences, and preparing custom proposals. This role is a fast-track training ground designed to transition talented freshers into independent Account Executives within one year.

What Youll Do

• Assist senior business development managers in conducting market research and preparing lead databases.
• Execute outbound cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone call campaigns.
• Coordinate discovery calls and deliver software solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation.
  

What Were Looking For

• Graduate in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), IT, Computer Science, or similar fields (2025/2026 batches preferred).
• Passion for sales, client relationship management, and technology solutions.
• Coachable, energetic personality with a desire to learn quickly.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
