Lead Generation Specialist

What Youll Do

• Utilize data platforms (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo) to build highly targeted lists of decision-makers in specific industries.
• Execute automated and manual email marketing sequences.
• Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests on subject lines and copy, and optimize for higher open/reply rates.
• Engage prospects initially on LinkedIn and transfer warm leads to BDEs/BDMs.
• Maintain strict data hygiene within the CRM.
• Research emerging markets and industries that could benefit from our IT services.

What Were Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or inside sales.
• Strong understanding of cold email mechanics, deliverability, and spam triggers.
• Excellent written communication skills with a knack for writing catchy subject lines.
• High attention to detail when scraping and managing data.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new sales automation tools quickly.
• A resilient attitude and a passion for hitting numbers.
