About Us: We are building technology for two businesses:

Nimmi AI - An AI operating system for residential real estate operations in Europe. Our AI agents answer calls, qualify rental applicants, schedule viewings and automate leasing and property-management workflows.

Urban Ground - A Berlin-based residential-rental company operating hundreds of homes in Germany. We use technology and automation to streamline leasing, tenant support, maintenance and operational workflows.

• We are hiring two exceptionally high-agency Graduate Software Engineers:
• One engineer will primarily support Nimmi
• One engineer will primarily support Urban Ground

What Youll Do

Depending on your track, you may work on:

1. AI and voice-agent evaluations
2. Production-call and failure analysis
3. Backend bug fixes and small product features
4. Automated testing and regression suites
5. Internal tools, dashboards and alerts
6. Workflow automation and data reconciliation
7. Monitoring, logging and production debugging
8. API integrations
9. AI-agent workflows and automations
10. Production support and incident resolution

This is not a training programme where youll spend months shadowing someone.

You will be expected to:

• Understand the problem
• Investigate possible solutions
• Build and test the solution
• Create a production-quality pull request
• Own the issue until it is fully resolved

Working Model

The selected candidates will relocate to Goa for the first 6 months and work closely with our existing engineering team.

This period is designed to provide:

• close mentorship,
• rapid learning,
• knowledge transfer,
• frequent feedback and code reviews,
• deep understanding of our products and engineering standards.

After the initial six months, the role will transition to a hybrid working model.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first three months, you should be able to:

• Investigate production issues independently
• Write automated tests and regression scenarios
• Deliver small features and bug fixes through pull requests
• Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams
• Require progressively less supervision from senior engineers
