Role Description The Urban Money Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly. In this role, the partner actively engages with prospective and existing clients to understand their borrowing needs, explain loan and mortgage products, and recommend suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of clients, coordinating with multiple lending institutions, collecting and verifying documentation, and tracking applications through to disbursal. The partner ensures a smooth client experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and support on related matters such as basic taxation and insurance considerations. The role also involves developing local market relationships, meeting assigned business targets, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand financial needs, and provide clear, unbiased advice.
• Knowledge of retail lending products such as home loans, mortgage loans, and related financial solutions, along with familiarity with basic taxation and insurance concepts.
• Competence in documentation handling, application processing, and coordinating with multiple financial institutions to ensure timely disbursal.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present options, compare offers, and support clients in decision-making.
• Comfort with on-site work in Bareilly, including local market networking, field visits, and engagement with banking partners.
• Ability to work with targets, manage a pipeline of leads, and use basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email) for tracking and reporting.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, loan advisory, or financial services is preferred; a graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to learn Urban Moneys processes and product range.
