Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role based in Meerut, offered in a hybrid work model with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their loan needs, explain suitable products, and provide unbiased guidance on options from multiple lending partners. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations (in person and via phone or video), preparing basic financial and product comparisons, and supporting clients through the application and documentation process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and lending partners to track applications, resolve issues, and ensure timely disbursal while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to local sales campaigns, maintain accurate records in internal systems or CRM tools, and participate in periodic training to stay updated on loan products, compliance, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain financial products, build trust, and support clients throughout the borrowing process.
• Proven Sales experience with a focus on consultative selling, lead conversion, and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Exposure to Sales Management or coordination activities, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in regular product and process training to stay current with lending policies and market developments.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, housing finance, or loan advisory is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Meerut, with the ability to manage time effectively between office-based and remote work.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Ethical, client-centric approach with attention to detail, numerical comfort, and the ability to follow compliance and documentation requirements.
