Founding Technical Member (Full Stack)

Consumer business, home services. 30 people. Just raised. The product has to scale faster than the business around it, and right now its held together by a small team and a lot of late nights. We need another builder.

The job

You build the product and the systems the company runs on.

That means the app parents use, the tools our field team relies on every day, and the plumbing in between: payments, WhatsApp flows, scheduling, dashboards, whatever is breaking this week.

Speed matters more than anything else in this role. When something needs building, you figure out whats required, make the call, and ship it, usually within days. Nobody will hand you a spec or sign off on every step. Youll fill in the gaps yourself and fix things as you learn.

Youll work directly with the founders, sit in on ops calls, and occasionally go out in the field to watch people use what you shipped. The best fixes here come from seeing the problem firsthand.

Youll do well here if

• You ship fast and figure things out along the way. Youd rather put something live and improve it than wait for perfect requirements.
• Youve shipped production software that real people used and complained about. Bonus if you were the one fixing it at 11pm.
• Youre 2 to 5 years in, ideally with time at an early-stage startup or something you built yourself.
• Youre comfortable across the stack. You dont need to be an expert at everything, but you can pick up whatever the problem needs.
• You use AI tools heavily and know where they help and where they quietly break things.
• You care about why a feature exists before you write it, and youll push back when it shouldnt.
• Hindi or Kannada is a plus. A lot of our users dont use English as their first language.

This may not be the right fit if

• You prefer to wait for a clear spec or approval before you start building.
• You want to work only on clean, greenfield code. Some of what youll touch is messy, and some of the mess will be yours.
• You need a large team around you to be productive.
• The next 12 months of cash is the main thing youre optimising for.
