Urvann - Founder's Office Role

About the Role:
Urvann is looking for a high-ownership, analytical individual to work closely with the Founder on some of the company's most important strategic and business priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, D2C business, problem-solving and execution. You will work across functions, tackle ambiguous problems, build solutions and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects: Work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives across growth, D2C, categories, supply, operations, technology and customer experience.
- Business & Analytics: Analyse revenue, margins, customer metrics, unit economics and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Execution: Drive projects end-to-end by defining goals, aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones and ensuring execution.
- Founder Support: Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business deep-dives to support strategic decisions.
- Business Reviews: Track key metrics, build dashboards and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Communication: Create presentations, strategy documents and leadership updates that turn complex information into clear, actionable narratives.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 5 years of experience, with strong D2C / consumer internet / e-commerce experience preferred.
- Experience in Founder's Office, strategy, consulting, business operations or a high-growth D2C startup is a strong plus.

- Strong understanding of revenue, growth, customer metrics, margins and unit economics.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
- AI-native: comfortable using modern AI tools and models for research, analysis and execution.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
- High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college/university, with preference for candidates from top Delhi University colleges and other leading institutions.
